DMCA and Copyright Policy

We link to files, we do not host them

An important point for rights holders: this website does not host, store or distribute any application files. The download links on our pages point to third party file hosts that we do not own or control. We can remove a link or any text or image on our own domain, and for the file itself the host that stores it must also be contacted, because only that host can take the file down.

How to send a notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent acting for one and you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@motowheelieapk.com that includes all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL or a clear description of the material on this site so we can locate it.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

What we do next

When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable the identified material on our domain promptly, usually within a few business days. If the file is held by a third party host, we recommend sending the same notice to that host so the file itself can be removed.

Counter notice

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to contact@motowheelieapk.com with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact details with consent to jurisdiction as the DMCA requires.

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate cases, remove content and restrict future submissions from parties who repeatedly infringe copyright.
